you are meant to live strong and free in Christ, so that you can serve others.
I always find myself walking with people through hard things.
People in need of a break. People who feel lost or disconnected. People who are discouraged. People who want to lead but don’t know where to start.
Each person needed someone outside of their situation to believe in them, strategize with them, and encourage them.
I’ve served on a multi-site church staff, built teams, created systems, gone through transitions, launched a business, and kept discipleship as my focus.
I’ve been there too.
I had a dream to make an impact in our community by leading our church to love others well. I had the best intentions, but my own insecurity, an unhealthy team around me, communication blocks, and inconsistent vision made it all impossible.
I felt alone. Frustration and disappointment were leaking through my leadership long before I realized it. My capacity as a leader dwindled and I lost sight of a vision to serve others.
God used that difficult season to make changes in me. My identity has shifted, my skills as a community builder have been honed, and my dreams for serving the church are stronger than ever.

The mountains are always calling my name. I go hiking, horseback riding, and road tripping at every opportunity.
